1. Purpose
Functional testing is performed to verify that the product, equipment, system or component operates correctly in accordance with its design specifications, technical requirements and intended use conditions.
2. Scope
This test covers all basic functions, operational performance, safety interlocks, control logic and user interface functions under normal and specified working conditions.
