Equipment:

The EMC testing laboratory has seven EMC chambers. The three EMC/EMI chambers are 3-meter chambers with oversized doors. In addition to the EMI testing room, the laboratory also has several grounding layers for ESD, indirect lightning, and other non chamber testing. From the perspective of equipment, our laboratory is equipped with industry-leading equipment. In addition, our EMC testing engineers are able to design custom test settings when needed.

Our equipment also enables us to conduct EMC on-site testing. We have the ability to test large devices that cannot be moved or devices that encounter challenges in specific environments. Ability:

Our radiation emission test reaches up to 40 GHz. Surge testing can reach 200kV/100kA. The ESD testing capability of electrostatic discharge testing can reach up to 30 kV or higher.

Immune testing is a core competency. The immunity test we conducted far exceeded the highest defined 'standard' level. The maximum magnetic field immunity test can reach 100 A/m continuous and 40000 A/m short/pulse. As mentioned earlier, we can construct customized transient waveforms to extend the definition of levels, durations, and/or repetition criteria.

Another core expertise is shielding effectiveness testing. Our shielding effectiveness ranges from small panels and boxes to large enclosures, buildings, and cables. Our range includes a wide dynamic range up to 40 GHz. ”
